Registration:
In order to purchase items from Murray's Jewelers Supply on-line store, you must first
register, and you are
expected to abide by site policies. Once you have registered you may not change your member ID. You may certainly change your password at any time. Your password is stored in the Contact Info area, and may be accessed by logging in to the Members Area. Please see BidWit Auctions site rules to learn more about auctions outside Murray's Jewelers Supply on-line store.
Creating An Account With Murray's:
To purchase from Murray's online store you must either have an existing account with Murray's or you must establish an account (NOTE: this only applies to Murray's online store and not to auctions outside the store. To sell, buy, and post requests in all other areas of BidWit Auctions you only need to register).
- if you have an existing account, you may reply to invoices with your customer ID. All online purchases will be combined with instore or phone order billing.
- to establish an account you may download a credit information form (requires Adobe Acrobat - to print without Acrobat, click here), fill out and fax to Murray's. Or, call 1-800-535-8560, M-F 9AM to 5PM and a Murray's representative can advise you on setting up an account. When your information is verified you may begin ordering at your convenience.
Purchasing:
When purchasing item(s) you will need to have your Member ID and Password handy provided to you at registration (you may have changed your password by now, so use the new one!). The purchase amount is displayed with each item. You will need to provide both the purchase price and the quantity you are purchasing. When entering the amount, enter only numbers and decimal points. Do not enter dollar signs or commas.
After you have made your purchase you will be notified by email. This notification takes place once per day so that purchased items can be combined into one invoice. This process generally
takes place between 1 and 2 AM EST everyday.
NOTE: INVOICES ARE FOR ITEM COST ONLY. SHIPPING CHARGES MUST BE APPLIED WHEN PAYING FOR YOUR MERCHANDISE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- For all orders within the continental U.S. totalling 60 lbs. or less, $5.75 must be added for shipping.
- For orders outside the continental U.S. and orders over 60 lbs. please email us or call 1-800-535-8560 for shipping quote. All shipments are made via Federal Express or U.S.P.S. priority mail.
Your Members Area includes a helpful Purchases and Sales section. Once notices have been sent, you may view all of your invoices in this area.
